Community Guidelines

StarNestSocial is a platform built on fairness, positivity, and opportunity.
1. Age Rules
You must be 18+ to join StarNestSocial. This is a legal requirement for our platform.
2. Respect & Behavior
- No harassment, bullying, or targeted negativity.
- Disagreements are fine, but personal attacks are not.
- No hate speech or discriminatory content.
Blocking & Conflict Resolution
- Use the block feature to avoid unwanted interactions rather than escalating conflicts
- Double Downvote is for content you strongly dislike, not personal vendettas (2 per day limit)
- Blocking is mutual; both parties lose access to each other's content
- Do not attempt to circumvent blocks by creating alt accounts
2A. Guest Post Etiquette
Guest posts allow mutual followers to write on your nest. Treat your friend's nest with respect.
When Posting to a Friend's Nest
- Keep it positive and respectful—it's their space
- Don't spam or post excessively
- No promotional content without permission
- The nest owner can delete your post at any time
2B. Content Reporting Guidelines
When to Report
- Spam, scams, or bot activity
- Harassment, bullying, or threats
- Graphic violence or illegal content
- Copyright violations (stolen content)
- Adult content, nudity, or sexually explicit material
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24-48 hours. Your identity is protected.
2C. Live Streaming Conduct
All platform rules apply to live streams (no harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or adult content).
- Chat Moderation: Streamers must moderate their chat
- Guest Behavior: Stream guests must comply with all rules; hosts responsible for guest conduct
- Stream Bans: Streams violating rules may be terminated immediately without warning
2D. Messaging Etiquette
- Respect Boundaries: Don't send unsolicited explicit content, spam, or harassment via DMs
- Rate Limits: 30 messages per minute to prevent spam
- No Encryption: Messages are NOT end-to-end encrypted. Don't share sensitive info
3. Content Rules
- No illegal material.
- No sexual content involving minors (permanent ban).
- No scams, spam, or manipulation.
3A. Authentic Content Only
StarNestSocial is a platform for real creators sharing real content. AI-generated content is not allowed.
- Post only content you created yourself
- Don't use AI image generators, AI video tools, or AI writing tools to create posts
- Don't post deepfakes or AI-manipulated media
Automated AI Detection
All posts with captions of 10+ characters are automatically analyzed by our AI detection system.
- 95%+ AI probability: Post automatically removed
- 70-94% AI probability: Post flagged for human review
- Below 70%: Post approved automatically
4. Prohibited Adult Content
StarNestSocial STRICTLY PROHIBITS adult content, nudity, and sexually explicit material.
What is NOT Allowed:
- Pornography or sexually explicit imagery/video
- Full or partial nudity (including implied nudity)
- Sexual acts or simulated sexual acts
- Sexually suggestive content intended to arouse
- Sexual services or solicitation
Enforcement:
- First offense: Content removal and warning (-100 Magnet)
- Second offense: 7-day account suspension
- Third offense: Permanent account ban
- Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban without warning
Note: StarNestSocial is 18+ for earnings/payout compliance (advertising and money transmission regulations), NOT for adult content.
5. Positivity & Magnet System
Your Magnet score affects earning potential. Positive contributions increase it; negativity lowers it. This ensures earnings reflect community trust.
6. Communities
You will see content aligned with your interests and not forced into feeds you dislike. All lawful communities are welcome.
7. Enforcement
Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, bans, or forfeiture of earnings. Appeals may be made to support.
Magnet Score Penalties
Every warning you receive immediately reduces your Magnet Score by 100 points. This affects:
- Content Visibility: Lower Magnet Score = Less reach
- ESC Earnings: Drop in tier can reduce earnings by up to 50%
- Community Trust: Harder to rebuild reputation after warnings
8. Earnings Disclaimer
Earnings are discretionary revenue-sharing compensation for your engagement activities, not wages, debts, or investment returns.
Important Disclosures
- Earnings depend on advertiser participation and may be zero
- StarNest LLC controls payout timing and may adjust amounts
- Magnet Score affects distribution but does not guarantee earnings
- Violations of these guidelines may result in forfeiture of earnings
- Your participation is NOT an investment in StarNest LLC

9. Legal Reminder
These Guidelines operate under Nevada law and our Terms of Service. Enforcement is supported by NRS 104.2302 (unconscionability), NRS Chapter 38 (arbitration), and related statutes.
