ESC (Earned Star Coins) represents your share of advertising revenue on StarNestSocial. ESC can be converted to real money (USD) during monthly payouts at a rate of 100 ESC = $1.00 USD.

Important: Earnings depend on advertiser participation and are not guaranteed. ESC is not a cryptocurrency, stored value, or investment.

You can earn ESC through two mechanisms:

• User Ads (UA): Watch ads on your feed and earn 60% of the ad revenue (limit: 30 per day)
• Other User Ads (OUA): Earn 45% when others watch ads triggered by your content

After you watch 30 UA per day, your feed switches to OUA mode where you earn 45% while supporting other creators.

Yes, StarNestSocial is completely free to use. We never ask you for money. All earnings come from advertising revenue sharing. Your participation is NOT an investment.

• Payout Day: 15th of each month
• First Payout Minimum: $5.00 USD (500 ESC)
• Subsequent Payouts: $100.00 USD minimum (10,000 ESC)
• Method: Direct deposit via Stripe Connect
• Requirements: Complete KYC verification, 18+ years old, account in good standing

Magnet Score (0-820) is an internal ranking signal that affects your content's visibility and OUA distribution probability.

Critical: Magnet Score has NO monetary value. It cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Factors that affect Magnet Score:

• Receiving likes and positive engagement (+)
• Creating quality content (+)
• Receiving warnings or violations (-100 per warning)
• Receiving double-downvotes (-)

• Upvotes: Increase post visibility and creator's Magnet Score
• Downvotes: Decrease post visibility slightly
• Double Downvote: Costs 50 ESC, applies -10 Magnet penalty to the post author, auto-blocks the user, limited to 5 per day

Gallery Posts let you bookmark posts to your nest's gallery. They are references to the original post, not copies.

• Original author retains full ownership
• If the original is deleted, it disappears from all galleries
• Comments appear on the original post
• Original post's privacy settings apply

Guest Posts allow mutual followers to post text content directly to your nest (profile page).

• Both users must be mutual followers
• Text-only (no media), up to 2200 characters
• Visibility follows the nest owner's privacy settings
• Nest owners can delete any guest post

Yes! StarNestSocial supports live streaming. You can:

• Go live directly from your browser or using streaming software
• Invite guests to join your stream
• Earn OUA from viewers during your stream
• Interact with viewers via live chat

• Public Profiles (default): Visible to all authenticated users. Posts appear in feeds and search.
• Private Profiles: Only visible to mutual followers. All posts restricted to mutual followers.

You can switch between public and private at any time in your settings.

Commenting follows the "private party" rule:

• Only your mutual followers can comment on your posts
• You can always comment on your own posts
• The nest owner can always comment on posts on their nest

You can request account deletion from Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. There is a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion. After 30 days, your account and data are permanently deleted.
