1. Agreement
By using StarNestSocial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using StarNestSocial.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use StarNestSocial. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Users 18+ may participate in the rewarded advertising system to earn ESC (Earned Star Coins) and receive automatic monthly payouts. This age restriction ensures compliance with advertising regulations and money transmission laws.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and take responsibility for all account activity.
4. Content & Rights
You own your content but grant StarNestSocial a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it. We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.
Followers-Only Posts
Users with public profiles may mark individual posts as "followers-only" to restrict visibility to mutual followers only.
4A. AI-Generated Content
StarNestSocial prohibits the posting of AI-generated content, including images, videos, audio, and text created by AI tools. Users must post only original content they created themselves.
Tiered Enforcement System
- 95%+ AI Probability: Post automatically removed with critical warning
- 85-94% AI Probability: Post flagged for human review
- 70-84% AI Probability: Post flagged with warning notification
- Below 70%: Post auto-approved
5. Prohibited Content
StarNestSocial strictly prohibits adult content, sexually explicit material, and nudity.
Prohibited Content Includes:
- Pornography or sexually explicit imagery/video
- Full or partial nudity
- Sexual acts or simulated sexual acts
- Sexually suggestive content intended to arouse
- Sexual services or solicitation
5A. Child Safety & CSAM Policy
StarNestSocial maintains a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
In compliance with federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), StarNest LLC is registered as an Electronic Service Provider with NCMEC. All suspected CSAM is reported to NCMEC CyberTipline within 24 hours.
6. ESC System & Earnings
Important Disclosure:
- Earnings are NOT guaranteed and may be zero on any given day
- Earnings depend entirely on advertiser participation
- Your participation is NOT an investment
- ESC is compensation for engagement, not stored value or currency
How ESC Works
- User Ads (UA): 60% viewer share, 40% platform (limit: 30/day)
- Other User Ads (OUA): 45% viewer, 45% creator, 10% platform
- Exchange Rate: 100 ESC = $1.00 USD
- Minimum Payout: $5 first time, $100 thereafter
- Payout Day: 15th of each month
7. Magnet Score
Your Magnet Score (0-820) determines content visibility and OUA distribution. Magnet Score has NO monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
8. Legal Classification
StarNestSocial operates as an advertising platform with revenue sharing. Users receive advertising participation compensation—not wages, dividends, tips, or investment returns.
- You are not investing money in StarNest
- You are not purchasing securities or equity
- There is no expectation of profit from others' efforts
- StarNest makes no guarantees about future earnings
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
StarNest LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Nevada courts.
